What may I use the templates for?
When you download a template from PresentationLoad, you acquire a perpetual usage license to create your own presentations or to publish them in documents (brochures, books, PDFs), advertisements, websites, and blogs.
A license always refers to one business location. A business location is a physical place where you and your employees primarily work. All employees at a business location may use and share the purchased templates. This also includes field staff who are assigned to that location.
If your company has multiple locations or if you wish to use our templates at various business locations throughout Germany, Europe, or worldwide, please contact us. We also offer extended license models specifically for this purpose.
Please note: Images used as placeholders or background images in the templates may only be used in the originally purchased PowerPoint presentation and not for other media.
Permitted:
- Further processing, editing, and publishing of presentations
- Publishing presentations in a non-editable format (e.g., PDF or image)
- Use of slides and graphics for print media, such as brochures, flyers, or other business communication materials
- Storage of files on the intranet server and/or network
- Use by all employees at your business location
Not permitted:
- Sharing/sending templates and presentations as raw data to third parties outside your business location
- Free distribution or resale of templates or excerpts thereof

Can I share or co-edit templates with third parties?
No – the joint use of a licensed product with third parties, i.e., groups of people who are not affiliated with the licensed company, is not permitted. Only the license holder or the employees of the licensed company may use the products in their editable raw version (PPTX).
The acquired products may therefore be used by all employees of a company site if the complete and valid company address is specified as the license address. The license address must be currently valid and entered clearly.
May I duplicate and distribute the presentation?
In principle, you are permitted to share your presentation with customers or business partners in a non-editable format (e.g., as a PDF document). Additionally, the use of the presentation for print media such as brochures, flyers, or other business communication tools, websites, or marketing purposes is permitted. Storing the presentation you created, based on our template, on your intranet server and/or network is also allowed.
Are licenses transferable?
You can purchase templates from PresentationLoad on behalf of your customers. Licenses for the content are non-transferable. This means that the rights to use the content remain with the buyer. If your customer wants a design, template, or presentation with the content you have licensed, they must license it themselves.

Can I use pictures/photos from the templates for other purposes?
The independent use of the photographs contained in our PowerPoint templates, outside of PresentationLoad products, is not permitted. Due to image rights, images may not be extracted from the PowerPoint files and used elsewhere, e.g., on websites or in print products. For this purpose, a separate license must be obtained by the user directly from the respective image provider.
Can I buy individual slides?
The sale of individual slides does not align with PresentationLoad's business model. Our templates have been thematically coordinated by authors and, as a template set, comprehensively cover a graphic or content theme. If you do not need all slides, you will still have all templates on the topic readily available should you or your colleagues require them at a later date.
However, you have the option to purchase individual slides at www.charteo.de, but this does not 1:1 match PresentationLoad's product portfolio.
