Company logos should, of course, have a place in a presentation. However, it's recommended to show them once each on the title slide and the closing slide , rather than on every slide. This allows you to focus the audience much more on the content during the presentation, while also deliberately drawing attention to the company logo twice, rather than bombarding the audience with it on every slide.
