Convert images to grayscale
- Start by double-clicking the image. The "Format" tab will open in the top menu bar.
- Here, in the "Customize" section, under "Color", select the "Recolor" function and then in "Color Modes" select the "Grayscale" mode.

Compress images
- You can reduce the file size of your images. To do this, double-click the desired image. The "Format" tab will then open in the top menu bar.
- Here, in the "Customize" section, select the "Compress images" function.
- In the compression dialog box, click "Options…" and in the next window select "Screen (150 ppi)" to reduce your images to an optimal size for websites and projectors.

Crop images
- Select the image and click on "Format" in the top tab, then on the "Crop" icon.
- With the mouse button pressed, you can select the desired image area by dragging the "cropping marks" without changing the original image.

Add image effects
- Start by double-clicking the image. The "Format" tab for image editing will open in the top menu bar.
- Here, in the "Image Styles" section, you can select predefined image effects. As an example, you can see the image style with "rounded corners and a mirror image".

Add 3D image effects
- Start by double-clicking the image. The "Format" tab for image editing will open in the top menu bar.
- In the "Image Styles" section, select the "Image Effects" function.
- To achieve the effect shown, select the menu item "Preset" and then the style marked in red.

Recolor images
- Start by double-clicking the image. The "Format" tab for image editing will open in the top menu bar.
- In the "Customize" section, under "Color" select the "Recolor" function. Here, as shown in our example, you can select a "Dark Variant".

Adjust brightness and contrast
- Start by double-clicking the image. The "Format" tab for image editing will open in the top menu bar.
- In the "Adjust" section, you will find the "Corrections" icon. Click on it and then on "Image Correction Options".
- In the window that has now opened, you can adjust the brightness or contrast as a percentage.
